The main level consists of living room, kitchen, and porch area with stack-able laundry off the rear entrance. Upstairs has 2 small bedrooms (no king beds possible) and a compact 4-piece bathroom. There is no basement, but some storage space is possible in the crawlspace.

Booking deposits are refundable (less $100.00 Cancellation Fee) with 2 weeks notice prior to your arrival date. There is no refund if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Deposit Policy

Bookings and reservations will be accepted on a first-to-pay basis. Reservations are only guaranteed and held for you when the Booking Deposit is paid. The Booking Deposit is equal to 50% of your rental charges plus fees.
